Care that starts with how your brain actually works.
Dr. Alexa Prodromakis is a licensed New York psychologist opening a private practice focused on ADHD, Autism, and Grief for children, teens, and emerging adults. Her work is evidence-based, collaborative, and built around how your brain actually works, not how anyone thinks it should.

About The PracticeThe overarching goal of Dr. Prodromakis's work is to help young people of all neurotypes understand their strengths and areas of difficulty, advocate for themselves, build a sense of sensory safety, strengthen their interpersonal relationships, and navigate transitions flexibly. Dr. Prodromakis brings presence, hope, sincerity, and a sense of humor to all her therapeutic work.
A therapist that works with your brain, not against it.
Many of the young people Dr. Prodromakis works with are autistic, have ADHD, or learn differently, and they're often also navigating anxiety, depression, grief, or the weight of something hard. You don't have to untangle which came first before you start. Sessions build an expansive toolbox of strategies you can experiment with and use in your most difficult moments, within a safe, collaborative relationship.
