No Medical Advice and No Provider Relationship Through the Website 

The Website is for general informational purposes only. Content on the Website, including blog posts, does not constitute medical, psychological, or professional advice and is not a substitute for care from a qualified provider. 

Using the Website, submitting the contact form, or contacting us does not create a therapist client, provider patient, or evaluator examinee relationship. That relationship begins only after intake is completed and a clinician formally accepts you as a client through our secure systems. 

Emergencies 

The Website is not for emergencies. If you or someone else is experiencing a mental health emergency, are in danger, or are considering harming yourself or others, do not use the Website or contact form. Call or text 988 (Suicide and Crisis Lifeline), call 911, or go to your nearest emergency room. 

Communication and Appointment Requests 

If you submit the contact form, you agree to be contacted by our office via phone, text, and email. 

Telehealth 

We offer telehealth services in addition to in person care. Telehealth is delivered through HIPAA compliant platforms and is subject to a separate telehealth consent you will complete as part of intake. Telehealth is available only to clients located in states where our clinicians are licensed to practice at the time of service. 

Third Party Services 

The Website and our operations rely on third party platforms, including GoDaddy, Squarespace, and SimplePractice. Your use of those platforms may be subject to their own terms and policies. 

Intellectual Property 

All content on the Website, including text, graphics, logos, and images, is owned by or licensed to the Practice and is protected by applicable law. You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute Website content without our written permission, except for personal, non commercial use. 

SMS Messaging Service

You can expect messages related to your appointments, account, or services you have requested. Message and data rates may apply based on your mobile carrier’s plan.
