Her passion for supporting young people with neurodevelopmental conditions began in 2016 when she was a college student at Pace University and provided in-home care to autistic children as her part-time job. She participated in two undergraduate internships: one at The Quad Preparatory School, where she worked as a psychosocial intern for twice-exceptional learners, and another at Child Mind Institute's Anxiety Disorders Center as a program assistant.

Her graduate-level clinical training began at the Diagnostic and Research Institute for Autism Spectrum Disorders at Hofstra University, where she trained in autism diagnostics and CBT tailored to autistic clients. Since then, she has also trained at Hofstra's Positive Psychology Institute for Emerging Adults, Plainview JFK High School, Oyster Bay High School, and the Farmingdale State College Counseling Center.
